Where We Ship
We currently ship only within Pakistan.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and handed over to our courier within 1–2 business days of being placed.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 days, depending on your location.

Courier Partner
All orders are shipped via TCS.

Delivery Charges

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: PKR 300 delivery charge applies.
  • Prepaid orders (advance payment): Free delivery.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery status through TCS.

Delays
While we work to meet the timelines above, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to courier issues, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
