Return Window
We offer a 3-day return and refund policy, starting from the date your order is delivered.

What's Covered

  • Don't like the product? You can return it within 3 days of delivery.
  • Want to exchange it? We'll happily exchange it within 3 days of delivery.
  • Want a refund? We'll process your refund within 3 days of delivery.

Condition for Returns
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a return, exchange, or refund.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

How to Request a Return

Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be processed via bank transfer within 3 days.

Exchanges
If you'd prefer an exchange instead of a refund, let us know when you contact us, and we'll arrange it once we receive the original item.

Non-Returnable Items
Items returned after the 3-day window, or that show signs of use or washing, are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
